我是直接點選系統設置裡的全部備份下來的
然而用恢復裡面的功能時

如果選從本地文件上傳，會出現↓
數據文件不存在: 可能服務器不允許上傳文件或尺寸超過限制。
可是我檔案明明就在，而且才1.16MB
=======================================
從服務器(填寫文件名或 URL)連結時，就會出現這個錯誤
